If you wrap creatively, and mix using a plain colour as main wrapping, a 3 meter roll will go a very long way. We like using our plain black or gold Kraft paper as base layer adding strips of luxury wrapping paper as accents.

Ribbon, tags (we stock matching ones) and a twig or two will finish the job making yours the most 'green' package (that might also refer to the most enviable!) under the tree.
Paper on a roll is a much more sustainable way to buy gift wrap than individual sheets and more luxury for less. A roll of 3 mtr is equivalent to 4 sheets but goes a lot further.
