I can just imagine using this super lovely dish for lasagne, Parmigiana, any one pot oven dish actually. This would make a great gift.
This dish is as lovely as it gets, and equally good cooking in, as it is for using as a serving dish and when you are not cooking in it, place a cloth napkin in it to turn into a bread bowl basket type thing.
A black clay dish with handles on the sides. Hand made from terracotta and baked in the traditional way underground on high heat to give it the black colour, then rubbed with a semi-precious stone to add shine.

Safe for use on top of the hob, this dish can go straight from hob to oven to table to the dishwasher and it's also microwave safe, making it great for a number of reasons!
