We love this gorgeous mophead hydrangea.

Hydrangea Freudenstein is a showy Hydrangea, merging from a eye catching green early bloom into a clusters of lilac purple and is very pretty. It will last much longer than a bouquet of cut flowers (keep them well watered).
Then, after the flowers have faded, they can be planted out into the garden, where they will come back year after year and grow up to 120cm. 

Hydrangea macrophylla is the classic familiar bigleaf hydrangea, well-known for its lovely blooms. Headliners in their family, Hydrangeaceae, and many a garden,  Hydrangea is both the genus and common name. Some gardeners may also know them by the old-fashioned common name, hortensia. 

This is an average to fast growing plant. Hydrangeas makes excellent potted plants and should be placed in a bright place with filtered light & afterwards in the garden in full sun or partial shade. Flowers throughout the summer.
