If you would like to return a product, please let the team know within 7 days by emailing email@example.com. If the return is regarding a faulty or damaged item, please include a photo, we provide free returns if this is the case.
If you are simply not happy or have changed your mind, you can also return for a refund within 30 days, as long as products are unused and in re-saleable condition. Sadly, we are unable to offer free return on these unless it is due to incorrect description and listing error. We are not able to accept return of perishable goods.
We reserve the right to charge a repacking fee if the packaging is not fit for resale.
Should you wish to return an order after 30 days, as long as it is still a current stock item, we offer a credit instead of a refund.
Once the item(s) have been returned to us, we will email to confirm receipt of this and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 working days.
We always suggest that you ask for proof of posting when you return an item. Not often but occasionally items do get lost with Royal Mail.
During November and December, our returns period is extended, any items purchased during November and December can be returned up until the 15th January, providing the product is unused and in its original packaging.
